Get cash back on meals, seafood

A NORTHERN town set for a residential boom in the coming years is part of the Summer Plan Dining Cashback program.

Located about 40km north of Adelaide, Two Wells is quickly becoming a destination spot for those looking to enter the housing market.

Ample upgrades and funding slated for the town’s centre have reshaped what used to be a quiet country area.

While many will associate Two Wells with being part of the north’s major growth pipeline, few would loop the town into the recent algal bloom event affecting the state’s coast.

Despite this, two retailers operating at Two Wells have qualified for the Dining Cashback program, which aims to support coastal hospitality businesses and SA seafood retailers affected by the bloom.

The program entitles holders of a Dining Cashback to 50% cashback (up to the value of $50) when purchasing at participating businesses.*

South Australians aged 18 and over can enter the ballot now via southaustralia.com/diningincashback for a chance to win a Dining Cashback in the next draw on 2 January 2026.

One of the participating businesses in the program is Michalantos Fisheries, which aims to deliver quality seafood to country areas.

A staple of the Riverland, the Michalantos food van also frequently finds its way to Two Wells, giving locals access to top quality fresh seafood.

As a retailer of South Australian seafood, the van qualifies as a participating business in the Dining Cashback program.

Michalantos is not the lone retailer in the area taking part in the program, with cashback holders also able to redeem at the Two Wells Tavern.

Up to 60,000 South Australians will receive a Dining Cashback if successful in the ballot, which is drawn at the beginning of each month until March 2026

To redeem the offer, cashback winners need to retain their tax invoice from a participating hospitality business or seafood retailer and submit their claim online via southaustralia.com/diningcashback

Promoted by the South Australian Tourism Commission, L 9, 250 Victoria Sq, Adelaide SA 5000; Licence Nos. T25/2028, T25/2027 & T25/2026. 50% cashback offer, up to $50. To enter and for full T&Cs, visit southaustralia.com/diningcashback.
