Cats and speeders

WITH regard to cats on the loose at night time, I recall when living on the scenic route, talking to a woman neighbour one morning when her cat wandered up to her.

It was holding a dead green parrot in its mouth. “She’s cute isn’t she… she brings a bird in to me every morning!” she said. It’s the owners, not the cats.

Also, on the speeders on Edith St, younger drivers don’t know any other way.

My street has the same problem – flat to the floor and then full on brakes, that’s what is taught on the internet!
