WHILE extending my sympathy to all families and friends involved, with the SA road toll up from 20 to 43 in relation to last year, how do we explain away or accept the death of a single 16-year-old L-plate driver at 2.35am on April 9?
Will we all ever learn? As the Police Commissioner stated recently, it’s time that we all take responsibility for this tragic statistic.
