A FEW days ago we came across a situation that has shocked us.
We discovered an elderly lady, anxious and agitated, locked in a car.
She had managed to lower a window.
One of us went to find the owner of the car, another to ask for a glass of water and a third person went to the police.
It was a disturbing incident.
