LAST financial year the Gawler Auxiliary of See Differently with the Royal Society for the Blind raised more than $5000 thanks to the generosity of the local community.
We would like to thank everyone who has donated through the counter-top dog units or purchased merchandise and calendars.
The money raised will help support people in the northern suburbs who are vision impaired.
We have already started on the 2024-25 fundraising, and look forward to seeing sup- porters at our stall at the Village Fair where our popular large-print calendars will be available.
With it costing more than $50,000 to raise and train a guide dog, See Differently relies heavily on fundraising, and once again is grateful for the support shown by Gawler residents and businesses.
Paul Koch, Treasurer, See Differently with the Royal Society for the Blind, Town of Gawler councillor.
