Why would it have succeeded?

IAN Tooley (Why I voted YES! – Letters The Bunyip 18/10/23), having provided us with an over-verbose history concerning early European-Australian history, most of which we are all fully aware.

Perhaps you could take the time to explain to us, why the hundreds of Indigenous consultative boards and committees and the multi-millions, if not billions, of dollars, provided to our First Nation’s communities have, seemingly, achieved very little in advancement of the Aboriginal situation and, more importantly, why “The Voice” advisory body would have succeeded where the numerous others have failed to do so.
