NOTICE TO EXISTING SUBSCRIBERS
Please be advised of a maintenance upgrade to the bunyippress.com.au website effective 03 December 2024. We wish to inform existing subscribers of a change to the login used for monthly, semi-annual and annual website subscriptions. To best serve customers we have updated the website to coincide with the change in ownership to SA Today Pty Ltd and this requires existing users to revise their password linked to the email address used to login to the website. You will have received an email from the website with a link to reset your password. Please do check your spam folder if you did not see the message in your email. To continue enjoying your subscription you will need to update your password. At the end of your current subscription you will also be required to update your payment details and re-subscribe by selecting a new subscription term. Existing subscriptions will remain active until the next renewal of your current subscription. We thank you for your support and appreciate your subscription which helps contribute to creating content that serves your community. We apologise for the inconvenience of these changes.
Q: My current subscription does not end for a few more months. When will I need to resubscribe?
A: Your existing paid subscription will continue without interruption until the end of the subscription period regardless of whether you are subscribed for just one more month or for another 12 months. The system will continue to honour your term until it comes to the end. However at the end of the term you will need to re-subscribe and provide your payment details.
Q: Why has the payment system changed?
A: To update our service a change to the system was required. The new system offers more control and improved history of orders and management of your account. In the future the system will provide other features that will enhance our products and services.
Q: Will I continue to use the same login username, email and password.
A: You may continue to use the same email address used from your previous subscription, but it must match the email addess previously used. A new password will be required. You will have received an email message prompting you to change your password. Please check your spam folder if you did not see the message or you can use the forgot password fucntion to create a new password.

Q: I forgot my password?
A: Please just use the forgot password feature on the login page to reset your password.
Q: I need help with my Access Pass website subscription?
A: Please use the form at the bottom of this page to request assistance with your Access Pass website subscription.
Q: How do I change my registered preferences for the regular email alerts?
A: If you have already subscribed to receive regular emails look for the link at the bottom of the emails you are receiving and click on Update Subscription Preferences. You can change the delivery options. We’re sorry we cannot make these changes for you as the profile is controlled by the subscriber.
Q: Where can I find the digital editions of the newspaper?
A: Visit the Digital Editions page found in the main navigation of the website.
Q: I need a tax receipt for my subscription.
A: Simply login to your account to review your subscription history. You may download or print receipts this way as well.
