POLICE are asking anyone who saw any suspicious activity near Overway Bridge Road on Monday afternoon to contact Crime Stoppers.
A grass fire ignited at about 4pm on November 30, burning approximately 100 square metres of land.
It started in an area alongside a house on the corner of Ashford Street and Beadnall Terrace but did not cause any structural damage.
The fire moved up the hill towards Overway Bridge Road, but failed to impact the infrastructure.
The road was blocked off for parts of the afternoon while firefighters from the Metropolitan Fire Service cleaned up.
A cause of the fire had not been determined, however police are treating it as suspicious.
