1 min read

FRESH from winning the Australian Open under-18 girls singles title, Angaston’s Kate Argent-Bowden, 16, has been selected for South Australia’s team set to be contested in Murray Downs at the end of the month.

Ms Argent-Bowden is the sole state representative for the Barossa, Light & Gawler area, with fellow Angaston representative Jono Voigt named as a reserve for the men’s side.

She will be joined by fellow Pathways Jackaroos squad member Grace Moloney, as well as women’s State Representative of the Year Jodi Kotz in the highest level of senior competition that Ms Argent-Bowden has ever contested.
