THE Gawler Show has wheeled out its most innovative promotion yet, giving away a Toyota Yaris Cross GX worth more than $30,000 for its grand lottery.

The car, sponsored by Peter Kittle Toyota, will be given away in the lottery, which will be drawn on August 29 at 3.30pm.

Gawler Show Society president Claire Forgie said the lottery had already been hugely popular.

“It’s amazing,” she said.

“It’s one of the most innovative things the Gawler Show Society has done in terms of fundraising post-COVID.

“It’s a really unique opportunity we are in with our partnership with Peter Kittle in order to get this promotion going.

“We’ve both got online ticket sales as well as in person. We’re getting a high demand, especially with the ticket books. So once we get close to the Show, I’m sure they’ll all be snapped up.”

Peter Kittle Toyota’s Georgia Kittle said the Para Hills West dealership was excited about the opportunity and to be again partnering with the Gawler Show.

“We’re really excited,” she said.

“We’re pretty new to the Show. We only started supporting them in 2019 and it was a really successful time for us.

“We’re excited to be on board again.

“It’s amazing. It’s such a great opportunity, and we’re really happy that they picked us to come on board.”

Tickets are available in person and online, with one ticket costing $10, five $25 and $50 for 15 tickets.

The Gawler Show will be held on August 28 and 29. For more information, go to gawlershow.org.au.
